Sign Up to be a Vendor at the 2024 South LA Pride!

Thank you for your interest in South LA Pride!, 

Please complete the application in full. Incomplete applications will not be accepted for consideration. Applications MUST be received by June 30, 2024. If accepted, all vendors and exhibitors will have five days  to make payment to confirm your space. Upon acceptance a South LA Pride representative will contact you to arrange payment.

The deadline to apply to be a vendor or exhibitor is June 30, 2024.

Acceptance: You will be notified via e-mail of your acceptance.  

Payment: You will have five days to make your payment online after acceptance notification.

Electricity: There is no electricity available and generators are prohibited on the park field

Location: We reserve the right to determine vendor location. This determination will be based on the size and space available as well as the type of craft, product or attraction. 

Sponsors – Sponsorship arrangements may prohibit the sale of certain brands or types of food/beverage. Failure to comply may result in expulsion from the event without refund.

Size – Booth sizes are 10×10 unless otherwise agreed to and include one table and two chairs.  Exhibitors are responsible for bringing their own table cloths.

Food Vendors – No open flames.  Food vendors are required to bring anything they need to operate their booth spaces.

Customer Payments – All vendors are required to have cash as an option for payment for Pride attendees.
